Rolled Oats Kefir Breakfast- Morning Longevity Bowl
Ingredients
- 6-8 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 apple- peeled and grated
- 1 carrot- peeled and grated
- 100 mL kefir
- 1 tbsp Corinthian black raisins
Instructions
- Peel and grate or shred the apple and carrot.
- In a plate, mix oats with raisins, then thoroughly incorporate the grated apple.
- Blend well, then add the carrot and the kefir.
