Ingredients
- 2 oranges
- 2 mandarins
- 1 khaki fruit ( persimmon fruit)
- 1 sour apple
- 1/3 a pineapple
- a piece of ginger root
- 1/2 a tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp natural grape syrup or thyme honey
Instructions
- Peel the mandarins, pineapple, and ginger. Cut all into small pieces.
- Leave the skin on the khaki and apple, then chop the khaki and apple into chunks.
- Squeeze the juice from one orange.
- Place all the prepared fruits into a blender or smoothie processor.
- Add the freshly squeezed orange juice, cinnamon, and grape syrup to the blender.
- Blend the ingredients until smooth and well mixed.
- Serve the juice immediately.Consume in the morning for at least 2 weeks.
