- 1 kg anchovies cleaned
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped
- 1 clove of garlic diced
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 a tsp of salt
- 1/2 a tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 a lemon cut in slices
How to Make BLUE ZONES Greek-Style Oven Baked Anchovies:
1.Transfer the anchovies to a medium-sized baking tray, distributing them evenly over the bottom of the tray
2.Sprinkle with diced garlic
3.Add the salt
4.Sprinkle with olive oil
5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley (leave some aside to garnish the fish)
6. Top with lemon slices (distribute the slices evenly over the entire tray)
7.Bake for 40 mins at 190 degrees C / 374 F
8.Serve sprinkled with freshly squeezed lemon juice, fresh olive oil and the remaining chopped parsley
